CoParentEvidence is a private documentation and organization tool designed to help individuals record incidents, organize records, and prepare summaries for personal use or attorney review. CoParentEvidence is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing in this application constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. Use of this service does not substitute for consultation with a licensed family law attorney.
You may use CoParentEvidence to document your own experiences and organize your own records. You are responsible for ensuring that information you enter is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You agree not to use this service to harass, defame, or make knowingly false statements about any individual. Misuse of documentation in legal proceedings may have legal consequences independent of this service.
You own your data. CoParentEvidence stores your documentation securely solely to provide the service. You may export or delete your data at any time from the Settings page. We do not access, review, or analyze your personal documentation content except as required to operate and maintain the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
This service is designed for sensitive personal and family documentation, which may include communications, incident records, and information about children. You are solely responsible for how you use, store, and share any exports or reports generated by this application.
CoParentEvidence is not an emergency service. If you or your child are in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.
CoParentEvidence is provided as-is. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any report, summary, or analysis generated by the application. Always review documentation with qualified legal counsel before submitting to any court or legal proceeding. CoParentEvidence is not liable for any legal outcome resulting from use of this service.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancellation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Subscription page or through the billing portal. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again after that period ends.
If you request a plan change, your current plan will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period. Your new plan will begin automatically on your next renewal date. No mid-cycle proration or immediate plan-change charges are applied under the current billing model.
Except where required by law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable. As a courtesy, subscribers who contact support within 7 days of their first paid charge and have not generated more than 1 PDF report may request a full refund, which may be granted at our sole discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support at hello@coparentevidence.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the email address on your account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
